I would think that you wouldn't have to pay for internet.....why don't you have an NTL cable connection
I sense that Sir Peter values the number 1982... Could this be a special date of his? Or perhaps the year 1956 holds special to him. Who knows? These are questions only Sir Peter can answer.
I predict that Sir Peter is not as old as we would believe and perhaps in his late to early 30's with a whole lot of time on his hands. I surmise that he is alone in this world and fantasizes through the use of written word and the internet.

This reminds me of a story (I'll keep it short).....
Not too long ago there was this man going around to the skinning (that's desktop enhancements if you have no idea what I'm talking about) sites and uploaded Native American Art. He spoke about his "people" and wove these great tales about his past and the reservation that he lived on. He even created a profile on one of the sites that said he was 33 years old and posted a picture of "him" (which was a picture he found in a magazine).
Well, he wasn't native american, he was older than 33, didn't make any of the art, he lived in a trailer in Florida and liked to play with squirrels.
But, many people believed he was who he said he was until the stories became unbelievable and people found out who he really was.
That, my friends, is the power of the internet.
